Figures are drawn from Property Finder Egypt search and listing activity across the communities Properties Today covers. Impressions count appearances in search results; enquiries count contact actions taken against a listing; conversion is the rate reported between the two.
These are measures of search demand — what buyers are looking for and asking about. They are not prices, transaction volumes or absorption rates, and they should not be read as a valuation of any community.
Every figure in this edition — national and community alike — was measured over July 2026. The index is published the month after the activity it reports, so the publication date is always later than the data.
